
After some "blablabla", "cangcengcong", "hulahulahula", and "hwahwahwa" from my friends complaining about my weight, I decided to change my diet. I have to consider two most important thing: being thrifty and gaining on weight. Let me tell you a bit about my diet -more or less.
BREKKIE BUNCH (6.00-7.00)
I usually have a bowl of cornflakes with some fruits (like some pieces of apple cut or grapes) and milk. I am considering to have a lean sandwich with tuna or jam. Let's see about it since I usually have sandwich for my lunch.
LUNCHEON (there's no exact time, let's say between 11.00-14.00)
Hmm... for the past 2 weeks, what I've had every lunch:
a. two pieces of croissant with tuna and lettuce
or
b. 2 loaves of bread with microwaved or frieds leg ham and lettuce with mayonaise and sambel dua belibis
or
c. toasted sandwich with lettuce, mayonaise, bacon-beef burger, sambel dua nelibis (never forget that! ;)) O yea, the bread should be in a minimum of 2 loaves, recently I have 3 loaves for lunch ;9.
DINNERIO (between 18.30-21.00):
I ordered an Indonesian rantangan weekly. Thanks to Mba Husna who has prepared this delicacy for me. =') hehehe...
a. 2 weeks ago I have: 5 pieces of really big rendang and sayur nangka hohohooho..
b. Last week I have: udang saos tiram yang lezatnya tiada tara and sayur pickles... whats that in Indonesian... hm... ACAR! Nah itu, sayur acar... Luv it!^^
c. This week I have: sambel goreng ati and cap cay... huhuhuhuuuu.... Can't wait to have dinner today... hiks...
and if I'm still hungry I will make sandwich (agaiiin!!!) or indomie hehehe...
okaay... that's some notes about my meal. FYI, I don't eat between meals, excluded yesterday I purposively bought a chocolate biscuit because I thought it would help me gain weight ^_~
But... you all have to know one thing, I tried hard last week. Last Friday -the day which I was supposed to fast because it's after Wenesday Ash- I ate like a dinosaur. The same brekkie and lunch but in the afternoon I got three pizzas, soft drink, and some chips. And in the evening i got huuuge dinner in the Korean Restaurant. But still, when I scaled, It was only slightly over 46 kg... huhuhu... :' And I hadn't gone to make my daily ritual in the morning in the bathroom >.<>
And today I got massive lunch. Just look at the pic. I made a sandwich out of 5 (yes, FIVE!) loaves of toasted wheat bread.
Between the 1st and 2nd loaves, I put lettuce and mayonaise.
Between the 2nd and 3rd loaves, there's scrambled egg (after I broke an egg, it fell off to the floor >.<>
Between the 3rd and 4th loaves, I got the bacon-beef burger with sambel dua belibis again.
And the 5th loaf, I just ate it after I toasted it hohoho...
After I ate it, i scaled again... and guess... it was only 46.2 kg... huhuhuuu.... let me check again... (BRB) .. okay.. it's now 45.9 kg... hmm...
So what kind of change should I do?? Get more meal for each time I eat? Like two portions of cereal, 2 portions of that gigantic sandwich, and 2 portions of that delicious Indonesian meal with rice? That would be great! But... once again... I have to consider another thing, yup, I have to think about the blingbling! So I guess I should be really satisfied with this... I just don't wanna lose my boobs. Hehehe... you know if you lost your weight that fast, your boobs are getting smaller too... >.<>
My further arugemnt:
My diet is great! I have "four helathy, five perfect" daily! Carbohydrate, protein from lauk pauk, vitamins from veggies, fruits, and milk! I even eat more healthily now in Brissy. So I shouldn't be worried, and shouldn't be you hehehe... But thanks anyway for your concern. You do concern about me, don't you? :p

FYI: you can buy sambel dua belibis at Yuen's Market on Wickham Street, Chinatown. hohoho...
